What qualifies as a veterinary emergency?
Difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, inability to urinate, seizures, collapse, poisoning, trauma (hit by car, attacked by another animal), eye injuries, and vomiting/diarrhea lasting more than 24 hours. When in doubt, call us — we will help you triage over the phone at no charge.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We accept CareCredit, ScratchPay, and all major credit cards. We will provide a written estimate before treatment begins. We also work with pet insurance companies and can help you submit claims directly. Your pet's health comes first — we will work with you on payment.
